OT-5000 ADVANCED OPTICAL LOSS TESTER |
The
OT-5000 Optical Loss Tester is an advanced all-purposed
optical tester. With built-in light source and precision
optical power meter, OT-5000 allows testing fiber
attenuation as a function of time, and hence large
internal memories are needed if a trend is to be established.
OT-5000's large internal memory and auto-memory function
makes OT-5000 the most powerful T&M tool today.
In the DC mode, it can be used for simple optical
powder attenuation measurements with its built-in
self-stabilized laser light source. The light source
can also be used for a hands-free operation. |

| RITEST® Software |
RITEST®,
the complimentary software in exclusively for OT-5000
series. This software offers users with remote control
and visual monitoring capabilities when measurement
is on-line. With an RS-232 or USB cable, one can operate
the OT-5000 remotely from a PC. Subsequently one can
also store the measured date on a PC, or to retrieve
the date later for analysis. |
