OT-8800 series instruments are compact, cost-effective, portable and high dynamic range Mini Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR).
By providing all the measurement functions and performance required for optical fiber construction and maintenance, it is designed for full-range fibre fault detection to solve FTTx, CATV and optical LANs problems.

 

 

PON OTDR: FiberPal OT-8800P

OT-8800P Series is designed specifically to meet the FTTH network (PON) testing requirements, it can realize in 1310,1490,1550 and 1625/1650 nm test. Using Radiantech new software, you can through a 1X64 splitter or two spectrophotometric (4x16 Road splitter).
As a portable optical time domain reflectometer compact, economical, convenient and efficient, it is designed for full-range fiber fault detection to solve FTTx, CATV and optical LANs problems.

The Palm OTDR (OT-8600) is a new miniature, high performance optical time domain reflectometer which is designed as fiber troubleshooter for locating fiber connector, break and imperfections for access networks. It detects event locations along the optical fiber and displays the results on a color LCD display. This Palm OTDR is light, reliable and easy to use, hence it is ideal for FTTX testing.
The Application Software equipped is used for data analysis, processing and storage. With the USB Interface port, enabling OT-8600 to transfer test data to computer easily.

USB OTDR: FiberPal UFO series

 

Radaiantech UFO series is a compact, cost-effective, plug-and-play Optical Time-domain Reflectometer (OTDR) unit, designed for full-range fiber fault detection. It is ideal for optical fiber installation, maintenance, field construction, and other on-site fault-location analysis. As a USB peripheral, UFO is the good choice of OTDR to integrate with remote optical monitoring systems. The OTDR unit is designed as a green PC peripheral compatible with Windows 2000,XP, Win7(64 bit) . The application program (AP) sends OTDR command from the computer to the unit and gets data back through USB connection. The USB OTDR gets power from the USB port and an internal rechargeable Li-ion battery.
     The OTDR unit injects the laser pulse into the fiber under test and picks up scattered and reflected optical signals by an avalanche photodiode (APD). The unit also controls all related timing and data acquisition processes.

 

 

Network OTDR: FiberPal NFO series

 

The NFO OTDR unit injects the laser pulse into the fiber under test and picks up scattered and reflected optical signals by an avalanche photodiode (APD). The unit accepts remote commands from Internet to control all related timing and data acquisition processes. Maximal three wavelengths are available at the NFO with options on 1310, 1490, 1550, and 1625 nm. NFO also has options on dynamic ranges so users can select the most cost effective units for their demands. Radiantech provides an easy use API (Application Program Interface) for NFO so users can design and build their own AP for NFO. Standard NFO API package is for Windows XP or higher.
